Antonio Arrighi, producer from the Elba Island who, with Attilio Scienza, had the courage to embark on an epic adventure to say the least, will tell us about his wine of the Gods: Nesos, an ancient wine, on the trail of the myth of wine of Chios.

The wine of Chios had something that the other wines did not have, a secret that the producers of this Aegean island jealously guarded and which made this wine particularly aromatic and long-lasting: the presence in the wine of the salt deriving from the practice of immersion of the grapes in the sea closed in baskets, with the aim of removing the bloom from the skin and thus accelerating the drying in the sun, thus preserving the aroma of the vine.
